It's official. I just considered calling my Mom to tell her that Hooper finally went potty on the puppy pads we laid down.

Yes, it's the beginning of the end for me.

oh man oh man. you're like the sports guy now!! Shouldnt the objective be to get him to go to the bathroom outside not on the pads? or is it baby steps? Oh and I heard your group is getting all broken up at work.

Well, you first get him to go on the pads. Then we'll move the pads more towards the door. Then we'll remove the pads entirely once he goes outside regularly and then he'll be trained to go outside.

Our group is moving to another organization. Whether we get 'broken up' or not is still up in the air. It might be that we all still stay together in new groups of this new org.
