What's in a Meal?

Just for the hell of it, I've thought about writing down everything I eat all day. Sounds interesting, doesn't it?

Anyways, for yesterday:

Breakfast: Slimfast
Snack: a few lifesavers
Lunch: Slimfast
Snack: a dozen goldfish crackers
Dinner: 2 hard tacos (no lettuce), chili-cheese burrito, side nacho from Taco Bell

That's funny stuff!! Can I copy that? LOL. Sounds similar to, "Why the hell would someone blog about a workout??" Because they can! Can I suggest you put calorie numbers next to each meal? Wait, I think I just suggested that. You'd be surprised at the numbers some of these snacks and meals add up to.
